VIBRATION AND SHOCK TECHNOLOGY
WILLBRANDT has been supporting the market for vibration and shock technology for many decades and offers tailor-made technical solutions.
The wide variety of our products, e.g. for industrial trucks, mechanical engineering, special machine construction and shipbuilding, is mostly available from stock.
WILLBRANDT shock mounts as a rubber-metal joint or wire rope isolator are used in marine applications and also for wheeled and tracked vehicles worldwide.
Our application engineers are looking forward to help you with their extensive experience in the range of passive vibration isolation and also with the protection of components against shock with system solutions.
EXPANSION JOINTS
Rubber and stainless steel expansion joints compensate for expansion, movements due to settlement and fit inaccuracies in pipe systems.
Typical applications are water pipes, heating installations and piping in power stations and in the chemical industry. This gives rise to the need for various qualities that comply with the requirements of the particular media (e.g. drinking water, oil, foodstuffs).
NOISE PROTECTION SYSTEMS
We analyse, advise, design, build and install acoustic solutions on site for the optimal design of environmentally friendly workplaces in offices and industrial buildings. Based on many years of experience in the range of noise protection and the high demands we place on the quality of our personnel and material, we have the necessary know-how
to solve competently your noise problems.
We significantly reduce the reverberation time and thereby achieve optimal working conditions through WILLBANDT acoustic pictures, ceiling canopies, room screens or industrial use cabins and enclosures, barriers or wall absorbers.
WILLBRANDT has created a stylish new product line for high requirements of the office sector with the brand willsonic. Our products can be used in a wide variety of applications, e.g. in individual or multi-person offices, conference rooms and reception areas, medical practices, private rooms and all workspaces with high requirements regarding acoustics.
PROFILES AND MOULDED PARTS
WILLBRANDT gives your requirements a profile. We construct profiles and moulded parts and consider ourselves to be a development partner for our customers. We work together with our customer to determine the optimal quality for the respective application from the diverse variety of elastomers and plastics.
In addition to a broad selection of standard profiles we also offer you special products with flocking and bonded coating as well as designs with fire protection certification, e.g. in accordance with DIN EN 45545.
Profiles with a permanent self-adhesive coating or a temporary assembly aid top off our range.

SPECIAL SEALS AND GASKETS
We are specialised in gaskets for gas and water pipes. We also develop and produce gaskets for cleaning and sweeping machines.
A large number of our products are manufactured at our Hanover subsidiary. Our machin-ery includes punches, plotters and milling machines, which we use for small batch series and large-scale production.
We stock a wide range of finished and semi-finished products which is continuously being expanded.
RUBBER FOR SHIP AND HARBOUR
WILLBRANDT has been a considerable supplier of fenders, complete fender systems and sealing profiles for marine, harbour and waterway applications for decades.Our products are designed and manufactured in compliance with EAU 2004 and PIANC 2002.
Our team of engineers handles the planning, drawing, design and, if requested, on-site assembly.
